Chemo Brain

Hey Ladies, I am a breast cancer survior over 3 year now! Praise the Lord. I need your help. I experienced 'chemo brain' and still do since my chemo treatments. My 11 year old son is going to do his Social Studies Fair project on Chemo Brain. He'd like to gather some of his own stats from those of us who had chemo. If you don't mind and have time, can you answer the questions below and post them. He will gather them and use them in his project. Chemo Brain is REAL and can be very frustrating. Mine is getting better. I have started to read more and do more puzzles and it really has helped.
